![]() If I use the driver provided by Windows Update, Protector Suite QL doesn't recognise the fingerprint reader installed. What I really want to do is use UPEKs' Protector Suite QL to enable the use of the biometric device to login to websites etc. I can either use the driver provided by Windows Update, and this allows Windows to recognise the biometric device and I can use the Windows fingerprint logion functionality, but this is all. The device itself is working fine, however the driver setup I've got at the moment isn't ideal. Hi, I've got a Dell XPS M1330 notebook with integrated UPEK biometric fingerprint reader.
